Question 1

What is asset lifecycle extension and how do specialist coatings help?

Accepted Answer

Asset lifecycle extension refers to strategies that prolong the operational life of commercial and infrastructure assets — delaying capital replacement expenditure. Liquid Coatings by Forti Nova provides specialist coating systems that restore and protect existing roofs, facades and structures, extending building lifecycle by years without full replacement.

Question 2

Do you provide commercial roof refurbishment systems for Dubai and UAE projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Liquid Coatings by Forti Nova supports commercial roof refurbishment projects across Dubai, the UAE and wider GCC markets using SprayGrade — a high-output spray-applied waterproofing system UV resistant to ASTM G-155. It is a proven alternative to full roof replacement, reducing disruption and capital expenditure.

Question 3

What waterproofing systems are available for UAE commercial and infrastructure projects?

Accepted Answer

BelowGrade for below-ground waterproofing, structural protection and prevention of water ingress into foundations, basements and podium decks. SprayGrade for commercial roof refurbishment and roof rehabilitation. Both systems are engineered for UAE and GCC climate conditions — extreme heat, UV exposure and thermal movement — with full technical and project support.

Question 4

How do heat resistant and solar reflective coatings benefit GCC commercial buildings?

Accepted Answer

GCC commercial and industrial buildings face extreme thermal loads from sustained high temperatures and intense UV radiation. Heat resistant and solar reflective cool roof coatings reduce thermal load on building structures, improve energy efficiency, lower cooling costs and reduce thermal movement that accelerates roof and building envelope deterioration.

Question 5

What corrosion protection systems do you offer for industrial and coastal GCC environments?

Accepted Answer

TopSpray35 provides anti-corrosive, UV-stable protection for metal roofs, cladding and structural steel — specifically suited to coastal and industrial GCC environments where salt-laden atmospheres, humidity and heat accelerate corrosion. It addresses metal roof deterioration, cladding refurbishment and structural steel protection as an alternative to full replacement.

Question 6

Do you offer passive fire protection coatings for commercial structures in Dubai and the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Yes. FireGuard Pro200 is an A2-s1,d0 classified surface fire protective coating independently tested by Warringtonfire Gent (Classification Report No. 18831B). It provides passive fire protection for commercial, industrial and public sector buildings — including airports, warehouses, hospitals, government buildings and infrastructure across Dubai, UAE and the GCC.

Question 7

Is refurbishment a cost-effective alternative to full roof replacement for GCC commercial buildings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Specialist liquid-applied roof refurbishment systems can restore deteriorating commercial roofs, eliminate water ingress and extend asset lifecycle significantly — at a fraction of the cost and disruption of full roof replacement. This is particularly relevant for large GCC commercial facilities such as warehouses, logistics hubs, airports, retail centres and industrial plants.

Question 8

What building envelope protection solutions do you provide for UAE infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

Building envelope protection encompasses waterproofing, air barrier systems, corrosion protection and facade coatings that prevent water ingress, air leakage, concrete degradation and building envelope failure. Liquid Coatings by Forti Nova's systems address the full range of building envelope protection challenges across commercial, industrial and infrastructure environments in the UAE and GCC.

Question 9

Which GCC sectors do your specialist coating systems serve?

Accepted Answer

Our systems serve airports, warehousing and logistics facilities, industrial plants, data centres, hospitals, healthcare facilities, hotels, retail and shopping centres, government buildings, educational institutions, infrastructure projects and commercial developments across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the wider GCC.

Question 10

How do I contact Liquid Coatings by Forti Nova for a GCC project?

Accepted Answer
