SprayGrade is the commercial roof refurbishment system within the Liquid Coatings by Forti Nova GCC range. It is a water-based, environmentally friendly two-component spray-applied waterproofing system designed for large-scale commercial roof surfaces, roof overlays and operational buildings where disruption to activity below must be minimised.
SprayGrade is cold-applied, VOC-free and achieves immediate cure. The UV-resistant formulation maintains performance integrity under sustained GCC solar exposure. The system is capable of high-output application up to approximately 600–800m² per day depending on project conditions, access, preparation and trained application setup.
